Very full and long, truly superb example of this appellation from M Boissan, who makes some lovely wines. Drinking well now despite its relative youth but should age well.

Flavours of herbs and spice come through and the wine is well balanced and rich. This is an excellent example of M Coulomb's wines, soft, yet quite complex and interesting.

Very smooth almost Chateaneuf –like wine from just outside the appellation. Long and complex on the finish with plenty of savoury fruit. Nicely weighted with an old fashioned charm.
