Very clean floral, aromatic Riesling style. Crisp fresh acidity underlies a clean medium weight and a long dry finish. This is classy New World Riesling, well made and not too aggressively dry. Great

Paul Cluver’s family have been farming at Elgin for over 120 years, but it wasn’t until the 80’s that their thoughts turned to grape growing and wine production. Elgin is particularly suited to the cool climate style favoured for lighter whites and Cluver majors on those varieties. A producer to watch.
